Cruelty of DOWRY

I thought to write this topic as I came to know about the vismaya case.

      From the childhood the parents pamper their daughters and give them all they need. Mainly, the education with that she will equip her then she will go to job. After that she gets married to a boy with lot of jewels, rupees and assets.

         Then the situation of a girl in boy's home is completely new. She has to mingle with the unknown people. She has to please her husband and husband's family.  Between all these if they ask for more dowry how a girl gets affected,  just think of it.

        If they torture the girl for dowry or money. First, most of the girls will hide it from other. Even after she can't bear she will open up to her friends, then she will tell to the family members.  Some girls never say it to anyone and they get depressed. 

        We all know how cruel is to ask "dowry".

Even in this 21st century the people take their own lives because of dowry is really a sad thing.

          As per my knowledge the dowry system is so worse in Tamilnadu , Kerala and Andhra pradesh.  Among these states Kerala and Tamilnadu are worst state which are demanding for dowry.

         Coming to vismaya case, her husband is the main cause of the incident, not the in-laws . If there is no support from her own husband, how pathetic the situation is!! 

         She explained her situation to her parents they'll tried to help her but before that she took her life by herself. Another suicide case because of dowry. 

         Treat equally, nowadays both boys and girls are equally getting graduated , going to job and earning money. Then why there is need of demanding money or dowry for marriage. Treat the opposite gender equally. 

           Dowry is not a thing to be asked, it has to be given by the daughter's parent for their daughter. If you are demanding or asking it's equal to begging.
